The expansion of the real estate business, the public works and the 2014 World Cup ventures, have all lead to the importance of the construction business in the country’s economy, creating more jobs and income. In 2010 the construction business grew by 53.6% with a total of 3.1 billion american dollars invested in Ceará.
Nova Ceará has chosen Ceará State to expand its real estate business, due to a socio-economic study which identified Ceará as the state with the highest potential for construction work, since its capital, Fortaleza, has the advantage of equidistance from the worlds’ big trading centers, North America, Europe and Mercosul.
